Lovely Dinner Experience

My wife and I had our 13th wedding anniversary dinner at the restaurant on Friday night. Our meals were very nice and served in a timely manner. All staff were polite, and we were even treated to a complimentary bottle of bubbly by the duty manager. A fantastic experience overall, and we can't wait to return!

Spacious Spa Suite

I stayed in a Spa Suite on the 2nd floor and was very impressed with the generous size and cleanliness. The suite featured a large balcony overlooking a lovely lake. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel was pleasantly quiet overnight, which ensured a great sleep. Highly recommended!

Convenient Parking Access

What I appreciated most during my stay was the ample under-cover parking available on three levels. It made coming and going hassle-free, and I didn’t have to worry about locating parking after a long day out.

Modern & Clean Bathroom

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were exceptionally clean but noisy due to being above a playground, the service was impeccable. The location was convenient, close to shopping and restaurants, but there were some unexpected events. Dining was good, with a slow replacement of food, and the facilities were decent.

The hotel is situated perfectly on the lake with beautiful views and proximity to main roads and shopping facilities. The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, but could use a bit more attention to detail. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for exploring the area, close to restaurants, shops, and the serene lake. Dining was generally good, although some items were not up to par. The overall experience offered great value for the price paid.
